Groundworks

Ground investigation – In undertaking a ground investigation of your site, we can pick up on issues that the site’s condition could potentially spring on the construction work. A ground investigation is legally required by most local authorities, but we also consider it simply good practice.

Complete site clearance – As we initially prepare your site, we can clear it and take up topsoil from the structure’s footprint. Other work we can carry out at this stage, if necessary, includes levelling the ground and building retaining walls.

Concrete pouring – We can pour concrete into place to create walls for various residential, commercial and agricultural projects – including basements, garages and barns. As we construct our concrete in-situ, we pour liquid concrete into the specific, required forms on-site.

Groundworks for fencing and walling – If you need a fencing or walling solution, such as a garden wall, plant wall or, indeed, any other type of wall, we can provide the required groundworks for it.

Site services – These services include implementing utilities connections, such as drainage, on a temporary or permanent basis. Other site services available, based on the wider project’s complexity, include specialist tunnelling and shaft sinking and altering electrical cables.

Landscaping – With this work, we can remodel your site and build the hard landscaping features your project requires. These can include “black top” surfacing for roads and car parks.
